These terms cover your use of Inbox Atlas. By connecting a mailbox or buying the cleanup or Upkeep, you agree to them. [Name and address of the business offering the service.]

1. The service

Inbox Atlas connects to your Gmail or Outlook mailbox with your permission and shows every sender in it as a Map and a List, grouped by the part of your life each belongs to. If you buy it, it also cleans the mailbox up: it labels your mail, moves old mass mail out of your Inbox, and moves the mail you approve to Trash. The privacy page says what it reads and keeps, and What it never does lists what it never does.

2. Free and paid

• The view (the Map and the List) is free.
• The cleanup costs US$29, once. It covers one cleanup of your mailbox.
• Upkeep costs US$5 a month or US$39 a year. It includes the cleanup, keeps new mail sorted, and proposes deletions once a week.

3. You authorize every deletion

Inbox Atlas proposes; you decide. It moves mail to Trash only when you have approved that specific run yourself, and only after a backup of the messages concerned has been written to your own Google Drive or OneDrive and verified by count and size. An approval expires after 24 hours. Upkeep's weekly proposals follow the same rule: if you do nothing, nothing is deleted.

4. Trash only, and 30 days to undo

Deleting means moving mail to your provider's Trash (Deleted Items in Outlook). Inbox Atlas never deletes anything permanently. You can undo a cleanup for 30 days: the labels it added are removed, archived mail returns to your Inbox and trashed mail comes back from Trash. Your provider empties its Trash on its own schedule (Gmail after 30 days); after that, the backup in your storage is the copy that remains.

5. Your mail provider and your storage

Inbox Atlas works through Google's and Microsoft's services, which it does not control. It gives no guarantee about how they behave, including their limits and outages, how long they keep mail in Trash, and changes to their services. Backups are written to storage in your own account, and keeping them is up to you.

6. Your account

Each account connects one mailbox. Connect only a mailbox you are allowed to use, and keep your Google or Microsoft sign-in secure.

7. Cancelling

You can cancel Upkeep at any time from Settings. It then ends at the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Disconnecting from Settings stops every job and deletes your data, as the privacy page describes.
