Inbox Atlas

Nothing leaves your inbox without a verified backup and your approval.

Inbox Atlas shows every sender in your Gmail or Outlook inbox on one Map, grouped by the part of your life it belongs to: people, money, work, shopping, newsletters. Seeing it is free. When you want the clutter gone, it copies what it would trash to your own Drive or OneDrive, checks the copy, and waits for you to approve.

The demo uses a fictional mailbox. No sign-in needed.

An example Map of a fictional mailbox. Each block is a part of life, sized by how much mail it sends you; the lighter blocks inside are its senders.
Safety

How your mail stays safe

These are true of Inbox Atlas today.

  • Delete always means Trash, never gone for good, and you can undo a cleanup for 30 days.
  • Before anything goes to Trash, a backup is copied to your own Google Drive or OneDrive and verified. Then you approve that run yourself.
  • It never reads message bodies or attachments, and never stores them.
  • It never sends, replies, forwards or unsubscribes as you.
  • Your mail is never used to train AI models.
  • Disconnect from Settings, and our copy of your data is deleted within 24 hours.

Your areas, inside the inbox you already use

Three schematics of what a cleanup leaves behind. They are drawings, not screenshots.

Gmail: an area label for each part of life in the left rail.
Outlook: a folder for each area, and a coloured category on each message.
Your phone: the same sorted inbox, in the app you already use.

Pricing

The view is free for as long as you use it. Pay only when you want the cleanup. Prices are in US dollars.

Cleanup

US$29 once

  • The verified backup, in your own Drive or OneDrive, is included
  • A 30-day undo
  • 30 days of Upkeep
  • You approve the Trash list before anything moves
